Does the board have a protective film?

Yes. Each TidyLane board comes with a protective film on both sides to prevent marks during shipping. This film must be removed before first use.

How do I remove the film?

1. Peel off the protective film: Before first use, locate a corner and gently lift the white protective film (it’s there to protect the board during shipping).

2. Remove completely: slowly pull the film back until it’s fully removed and the pure titanium surface is exposed.

3. Rinse before use: Give the board a quick rinse with warm water (a drop of dish soap is optional).

4. Start prepping: Use as normal for chopping and slicing; no special prep is needed.
